Following up his original fan dub/parody of Yu-Gi-Oh: The Abridged Series, LittleKuriboh has begun work on a parody of the mini-series/story arc, Yu-Gi-Oh! Capsule Monsters. It follows the same parody and absurd humor, as well as the parody voice acting, of The Abridged Series and A Yu-Gi-Oh Christmas Carol. Whether this will delay updates for The Abridged Series or not has yet to be seen. A running gag in this series is that no one (except Téa) remembers the duel monsters card game, or people they met at Duelist Kingdom, such as Mai Valentine and Maximillion Pegasus. Another is the numerous comparisons to Pokémon.

Although the series began airing in 2007, LittleKuriboh has not updated the spin-off regularly. The second episode aired nearly 15 months after the first, after numerous requests by fans, in August of 2008. Since the second episode aired, there have been no new episodes, and LittleKuriboh did not even mention the series, calling into question whether the series would be continued. However, on August 6th 2011, at the Irish Anime Convention, Nom Con, Little Kuriboh officially announced he would be continuing to make Crapsule Monsters.
