Featured Duel: Yami Yugi vs. Strings, Part 1Edit

Strings' turn
Strings draws a card and subsequently sets it. He then Normal Summons "Humanoid Slime" in Attack Position (800 ATK / 2000 DEF).

Yami's turn
Yami draws. He then Sets 1 card. Yami then Normal Summons "Gazelle the King of Mythical Beasts" in Attack Position (1500 ATK / 1200 DEF).

Strings' turn
Strings draws "Worm Drake" and subsequently Normal Summons it in Attack Position (1400 ATK / 1500 DEF). He then activates Magic Card "Polymerization", fusing "Humanoid Slime" with "Worm Drake" to Fusion Summon "Humanoid Worm Drake" in Attack Position (2200 ATK / 2000 DEF). Since Fusion Monsters cannot attack during the turn they are Fusion Summoned, Strings activates Set Magic Card "Quick Attack" to bypass that rule. "Humanoid Worm Drake" attacks "Gazelle", but Yami activates Quick-Play Magic Card "De-Fusion" to return "Humanoid Worm Drake" to Strings' Fusion Deck and Special Summon both "Humanoid Slime" and "Worm Drake" in Attack Position. A replay occurs, and Strings chooses not to attack.

Yami's turn
Yami draws "Buster Blader". He then Normal Summons "Beta The Magnet Warrior" in Attack Position (1700 ATK / 1600 DEF). "Beta The Magnet Warrior" attacks and destroys "Worm Drake" (Strings 4000 → 3700 Life Points). "Gazelle the King of Mythical Beasts" attacks and destroys "Humanoid Slime" (Strings 3700 → 3000 Life Points).

Strings' turn
Strings draws "Revival Jam" and subsequently Normal Summons it in Defense Position (1500 ATK / 500 DEF). He then activates Continuous Magic Card "Jam Breeding Machine". Now during each of Strings' Standby Phases, A Slime Token will be Special Summoned to Strings' side of the field in Attack Position. If Strings summons any other monsters besides Slime Tokens, "Jam Breeding Machine" will be destroyed.

Yami's turn
Yami draws. Yami's hand contains "Buster Blader", "Spellbinding Circle", "Dark Magician", and "Magical Hats". He then tributes "Beta The Magnet Warrior" and "Gazelle the King of Mythical Beasts" to Tribute Summon "Buster Blader" in Attack Position (2600 ATK / 2300 DEF). "Buster Blader" attacks and destroys "Revival Jam". Since "Revival Jam" is destroyed, it Special Summons itself to the field immediately via its own effect in Defense Position.

Strings' turn
Strings' hand contains "Pot of Greed" and "Slifer the Sky Dragon". Strings draws. He then activates the effect of "Jam Breeding Machine" to Special Summon 1 "Slime Token" to his side of the field in Attack Position (500 ATK / 500 DEF). Strings Sets 1 card.

Yami's turn
Yami draws. "Buster Blader" attacks "Slime Token, but Strings activates Continuous Trap Card "Jam Defender" to redirect the attack to "Revival Jam". "Buster Blader" destroys "Revival Jam" instead. Afterwards, "Revival Jam" Special Summons itself in Defense Position via its own effect.

Strings' turn
Strings draws "Nightmare's Steelcage". He then activates the effect of "Jam Breeding Machine" to Special Summon another "Slime Token" to his side of the field in Attack Position (500 ATK / 500 DEF). He then activates Magic Card "Nightmare's Steelcage". Now for two turns, no monsters on either side of the field can attack.
