Vampire Genesis is a character version of the card, "Vampire Genesis". He is an opponent in the video games, Yu-Gi-Oh! Ultimate Masters: World Championship 2006 and Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2007.

In World Championship 2006, Vampire Genesis is a Tier 3 opponent in Campaign Mode, unlocked (along with Infernal Flame Emperor) by beating all Tier 2 opponents at least three times. His Deck is based on the Zombie Madness Structure Deck, but with several different cards to make it even more effective.

In World Championship 2007, Vampire Genesis appears as a Level Six Limited Duelist, who challenges the player to only include Zombie-Type monsters in their Deck. By beating him, the player gets closer to unlocking a new Booster Pack.
