hey can anybody tell me where to contact konami and ask them some card requests?

If not could anybody suggest to me or offer themselves as a yugioh card artist? I wold really apreciate it.

plus I'm new hear so I don't quite now whats alowed or not allowed on here? so is their a good place to post some of my yugioh card ideas on this site? that would be so cool!
