Brief history: Started Yugioh when Magic Ruler was released back in 2000 → Mini-hiatus (not playing extensivly, still buying cards on occasion) after Invader of Darkness was released in 2003 → Fully-restarted after Gladiator's Assault was released in 2007

- Dokuroizo the Grim Reaper: Again, ever since Volume 4. Still in my side deck, because he is that awesome.
- Oystermeister: Epic artwork is epic.

- Shadow Tamer: The OCG illustration does her justice!
- Magical Android: Love her artwork. Has a different feel compared to other card art.
- Shaman of Mist Valley: Winged-Beasts in YGO exists for fanservice. This card is the epitome of bird-fanservice.

- Warrior Dai Grepher: Because he became an hero after repetitively assaulting the same female monster. Talk about making wrong decisions in life.

[edit] Opinion on Yugioh books
Master Guide 2 is awesome just for the fact of stating the relationship between Pikeru and Curran. Also has an analysis of the meta since 2004, dissection of tournament winning decks, and clear list of cardpool differences in the States and Japan.
Thousand Rule Bible is bad, because it states (in bold letters), that ignition effects can be played on the opponents turn. Goes to show Shueisha's "high standards".
Valuable Book is a good read, not for the card lists/pictures, but for the strange projects the men over at Shueisha come up with. Sexiest cards? They've done it. Alternative rules? Done as well. The recent ones are getting less and less interesting, however. Also the 100 yen price bump.
V-Jump is not really Yugioh related, but who cares. The only good thing on it is Yugioh GX and InuMayu. Other articles are not even worth reading.
Jump Square is not Yugioh related in anyway, but rumors of 5Ds manga starting. Also, the best Jump variation by far. Actually has quality manga.
