"Toon" (トゥーン Tūn) is an archetype of cards used by Maximillion Pegasus, most of which are Toon Monsters. Exceptions include "Toon Alligator", who is a valid target for "Toon" support cards, but is not a valid target for cards that support Toon Monsters. They resemble cartoonized versions of other cards.
Playing Style
The strategy of this archetype revolves around the "Toon World" Continuous Spell and attacking the opponent directly with "Toon Monsters". In the anime, the "Toon" monsters are immune to the attacks of the opponent's Non-Toon Monster when "Toon World" is on the controller's field. The weakness is that most of the "Toon" monsters would be destroyed when "Toon World" is destroyed.
The only "Toon" cards that have been used by Maximillion Pegasus that have been released in the OCG or TCG are "Toon World" (from which the effect that the "Toon" monsters cannot be destroyed by battle and take no damage from non-Toon Monsters was removed), "Toon Alligator", "Toon Table of Contents", "Toon Defense",and all other Toon Monster, though other cards can be supported by the anime-only support cards. In Tag Force games, "Toon" monsters allow users to summon as many Toon as they like and attack their opponent's Life Points directly. (In some Tag Force games, "Toon Kingdom" is available in the game).
