possibly. however, Placido has a different Seiyuu and different hair. it could however, be a much younger Jose.

This guy is ether Z-one, Aporia, Antinomy, or Parodox. They were the only 4 survivers in the future (and Z-one did say he was the one that orchastrated the Zero Reverse. That doesn't mean It's Z-one that made Rudger look in the momentum, but as said, they were the only survivers. That, or the unamed guy had to have been one of Aporia's 3 embodiements, because they traveled back into the past after the future was in ruin).
