There are actually 40 cards in this deck. To say that there are only 37 cards cause some repeat is false yet true. It is true on the basis that there are only 37 different cards. With that said in all there are 40 cards making this a playable deck. Also due to the release date this is the only structure deck currently in existence that complies with the Advanced Format Forbidden/Limited Card List which became effective on September 1st of this year.
