Not sure if other games use this, but "Reshef of Destruction" has a totally different "Nightmare Penguin":

Type: Water
Attribute: Water
Cost: 32
Attack: 1300
Defense: 1750
Effect: Powers up the Water, Fish, Sea Serpeant, and Reptiles on your field (+500 ATK and DEF)
