Talk:Neo-Spacian Dark Panther

[edit] Ability

Yes, another question we can't agree on.

Neo-Spacian Dark Panther changes its name once per turn. Is it once per your turn, or once per every turn?

But that's not all this time. I'm also curious about this:

When it "transforms", does it literally BECOME the target card? Say, if I was to select Ultimate Tyranno, would my Dark Panther gain it's ATK, DEF, effect etc. upon my choosing Ultimate Tyranno until the end of the turn?

Thanks in advance

Trigger effects only work on your own turn, unless the card says differently, because the effect has to be activated and you can't activate the effects of monster cards that aren't multi-trigger on the opponent's turn. And Dark Panther gains the monster's name and effect. That's all. Danny Lilithborne 03:22, 5 November 2008 (UTC)
Ok, all good :D
Quite frankly, I didn't even think he'd obtain the effect :P
Thanks for the help :D

What happens if it takes the effect of a Gemini monster?--Dragonking 23:43, 2 January 2009 (UTC)

If it takes the effect of a "Gemini Summoned" Gemini monster, Panther takes that effect just like it would with any other Effect Monster. However, if the Gemini monster is treated as a Normal Monster, Panther would take that effect instead and you would have to Gemini Summon Panther for the effect listed on the Gemini monster. Otherwise, everything else stays the same. Swaggs 07:56, 3 January 2009 (UTC)
