[edit] Other Cards

When Jaden Yuki duels "X" with his 2nd Deck/Neos deck the following cards are seen in his deck, but are not played.

  • Blue Flame Swordsman
  • Big Wave Small Wave
  • Confiscation
  • Card Destruction

These cards have been added to his 2nd deck list.--HerrRodney 04:17, 26 February 2007 (UTC)

I have scanned the JP episode thoroughly and have concluded that these cards are not in his deck (the original episodes rarely have this kind of mistake.) Since I haven't seen the 4Kids version, I'm going to add the 'only in dubs' message on the end of each of these cards. If they are in the jp episode and I have somehow missed them, then please point them out, thanks. 82.45.227.223 19:19, 25 June 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Yubels card

I just finished watching the las episode of the third season and i have a question, does Jaden now has Yubels card again in his deck? some people in youtube have posted that he does

  • There is a chance Jaden has Yubel's card but we have not seen him play it in the 4th season yet. Dmaster 21:19, 20 February 2008 (UTC)
    • Check the second to last episode information for ygo GX season 4 and if you don't like spoilers don't look. Dmaster 20:42, 22 February 2008 (UTC)
  • Yes, he does. He used her against Darkness (actually, it's Darkness who summoned Yubel not Judai)

[edit] New picture

  • Isn't this new picture of Jaden a little bit of a spoiler? Danny Lilithborne 00:16, 28 October 2007 (UTC)
    • It is kind of a spoiler but it's "updated" which is probably more important. Dmaster 21:21, 20 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Name pun

Isn't Jaden's name supposed to be a pun?

Yes, but only in Japanese.

「遊城 十代」 (Yūki Jūdai) = Courageous Teenager; however, the Kanji for "courage" is 「勇気」 (Yūki). This Kanji literally reads off as 「遊城」 (Yūshiro), which means something nonsensical, like, "Game Castle." But, if you take a closer look…

The 「遊」 () is the same as the one in 「遊戯」 (Yūgi).
The 「城」 (shiro) is the 城 from 「城之内」 (Jōnouchi).

So, just like in the original Yu-Gi-Oh!, the pun is on 「友情」 (Yūjō) = Friendship. And, the fact that Jaden's character seems to be a fusion of Yugi's luck of the draw, and Joey's outgoing attitude. 209.151.140.173 07:53, 10 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Little Jaden's Deck

  • why do we have two Little Jaden's Deck's with the same name? Dmaster 18:14, 23 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Slight Contradiction

He then sends "Elemental Hero Neos" to attack "Slifer The Sky Dragon" and the duel comes to an abrupt end (although it is ambiguous to the viewer on who actually won) with Jaden, Atem and Yugi all smiling.

Slifer's attack is 5000 and Neos is 2500. This would conclude that stating Neos attacks Slifer is equal to a forfeit, but the sentence finishes by claiming it is still ambiguous as to who wins. This would need to be explained to stay in, or remodeled to make logical sense.

Side note: With Yugi's hand advantage and God draw effect, he had a nil chance of losing. *Dislikes Judai in contrast to Yugi. Actually, I never really liked GX at all, but w/e. Pointing out the error anyway.

I agree, but that's the weird thing about wikis. "Even though it's glaringly obvious that's what happened, we still can't say it because it wasn't explicitly show."
