Talk:Heavy Storm
From Yu-Gi-Oh!
Can heavy storm be destroyed by magic jammer?
- Yes. You can chain Magic Jammer to Heavy Storm The chain would be as follows:
- Chain 1: Heavy Storm
- Chain 2: Magic Jammer
- Resolve
- Chain 2: Magic Jammer negates and destroys Heavy Storm.
- Chain 1: Heavy Storm is negated. No cards are destroyed.

If my opponent activates Heavy Storm, am I able to activate trap cards such as "A Rival Appears!" to special summon a monster from my hand before the trap is actually destroyed? I would figure I would be able to, seeing how Heavy Storm is Spell Speed 1, and "A Rival Appears!" is Spell Speed 2.
The same goes for the trap card Skull Lair. Could I activate it and use it before it's destroyed by Heavy Storm?
Also if Heavy Storm is activated, then I chain it to Call of the Haunted and special summon Kuraz the Light Monarch and destroy Heavy Storm and one other of their cards, would that chain actually work?
