I got my cyber dragons from the tins--quite cost effective that way.

Also, though--do my opponent's Scapegoat tokens count as monsters, enabling me to special summon Cyber Dragon?

Yes, tokens count. That's why using Ojama Trio is an option here. though, really, you wouldn't want to keep your Dragons Cyber Dragons for long when Chimeratech and Cyber End are in your fusion deck. It's too bad this card isn't very searchable.

Summon Proto-Cyber Dragon. Equip it with Shooting Star Bow- Ceal, then use Machine Duplication. Power Bond. End Game. The Cyber Dragon series is awesome and they were the first cards I was able to do OTK's with.

[edit] Idea to unbreak this card

Intoduce a new card with indetical star level and effect. Change this cards errata so it can't be used in tribute summons or synchro summons.

- Cyber Dragon isn't broken for it's use in Synchros and Tributes. It pushes aggro to an uncontrollable level. All they need to do is reprint Cydra with Big Piece Golem's effect and it won't be broken.
