The image of the back of a SE with those cards is most likely fake. When you put that image next to the one of the backs of other special editions (REDU, ABYR) and rescale them so they are the same size, you see that in the supposed new one, the "ring" is way wider compared to the older ones, where the cards are actually smaller, and the usual hexagon pattern is actually not a square hexagon, but a streeched one. Also, the image has been on the internet for over a month and it hasn't been confirmed elsewhere, let alone if anyone had access to the back of a special edition, they would also "most likely" have access to the packs and would have revealed the promos (well, this may not be true in case the scan was from the factory).
