English manga

Yu-Gi-Oh! R Trap/Spell Card When your opponent plays a monster in Defense Position, all your opponent's monsters are forced into Attack Position. This is a continuous effect. Rounds 17 and 18 Trap/Spell Card Select 1 of your opponent's monsters and switch it to attack position. If the card is face down, flip it face-up. If the card has a flip effect, it is activated immediately.

English anime

Yu-Gi-Oh! (first series anime) The indication of "DEFENSE" on your opponent's monster is cancelled. You cannot attack when you use this card.
