Ryusei is a Yu-Gi-Oh! 5C's character, who is a parody of Yusei Fudo.

He appears in V Jump and some video games.

He took part in The Third Charisma Duelist Determining Fight Tournament.[1] He lost to Duelua in the first round.[2]

In The Third Charisma Duelist Determining Fight Tournament, Ryusei used an Elemental HERO Deck, simply referred to as a HERO Deck, focused on the "Elemental HEROES" from the Yu-Gi-Oh! GX manga. [1][3]

Ryusei uses Synchro Decks featuring a number of cards used by Yusei early on in the series. He also uses Dimensional Eatos Hero Decks based off the Deck he used in The Third Charisma Duelist Determining Fight Tournament.

Ryusei's Decks in Tag Force 4 are titled "V-Jeans Superstar" (Vジャンの流れ星)

Ryusei's first and second Decks are the same, and his fourth Deck has the same contents as the third.
