Power of the Guardian is a Japanese Booster Pack in the Yu-Gi-Oh! Official Card Game (OCG). It is the fourth set in Series 3.
In other languages, it is amalgamated with Threat of the Dark Demon World to form the contents of Dark Crisis.
Features
The set introduces the "Guardian" monsters and a contains support for Equip Spell Cards to back them up. It contains numerous cards from the Virtual World arc and a few from Battle City. It also reprints "Black Luster Soldier" as an Ultimate Rare.
Highly sought after cards include "D.D. Warrior Lady", "Butterfly Dagger - Elma" and "Skill Drain".
Yami Yugi's appearance on the cover of this booster pack is taken from the omake at the end of Yu-Gi-Oh! Duelist Duel 126: "Awaken the Gods!!" (also present on the title page of Yu-Gi-Oh! Duelist Duel 130: "Ultimate Summon!!").
