Original Tournament was a tournament featured in Yu-Gi-Oh! GX.
Maximillion Pegasus attended the tournament in Europe (Southern United States in the dub) a few years before Jaden Yuki's third year in the academy. As soon as Jesse Anderson started to Duel, the "Crystal Beast" cards in Pegasus' briefcase began to shine. Understanding they chose Jesse as a master, Pegasus gifted them to Jesse.
