The October 2002 Forbidden and Limited List was the third Forbidden and Limited list in the TCG, going into effect on October 1, 2002.[1] This list updated the previous July 2002 list, adding seven cards from the Booster Pack Magic Ruler, and was also the first Forbidden and Limited list to specify that Japanese, Asian-English and counterfeit cards are Illegal for sanctioned tournament play.
