Not Present is an indication of one of the following:

• The card has not been show in the applicable anime or manga (or has not been coded to show it yet)
• The card in question is not available in the applicable Video Game.
• The card in question is not available in the OCG and/or TCG, and there are no confirmed plans to release it.
