The shrine within the Metropolis is a building used by The Mages in Yu-Gi-Oh! Forbidden Memories

Commoners are not allowed within the shrine. However the prince did manage to sneak inside while disguised as a commoner on one occasion and overheard the High Mages who were disgusted by Seto's lateness and left to see Heishin without him.

The shrine was no longer available when the prince returned to the Metropolis after Heishin's takeover.
