McDonald's Promotional Cards are series of cards included McDonalds Mighty Kids/Happy Meals. The first series MP1 were included in random pairs along with 1 of 3 CDs each featuring preview music from the soundtrack Yu-Gi-Oh! Music to Duel By. The only reason that the existence of the last few cards in Series 2 were known at first, was because of a Production Error at a UDE Card Printing Factory, where these commons were accidentally introduced into a batch of Elemental Energy Booster Packs. Due to an Upper Deck clarification on the Tournament Legality of promotional cards, however, the MDP2 commons that were accidentally "pre-released", were not legal until the official start of the promotion on December 22, 2006. For a short time, it appeared that an MDP2-EN001 "Victory Dragon" had been pulled from a new pack of Power of the Duelist by someone in the United States. Although this card looked realistic, it was fake. Kevin Tewart, of Upper Deck Entertainment, officially confirmed this and the following errors may be seen on the card itself:
