Lava Golem is a character version of the card, "Lava Golem". Lava Golem appears in the video game Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2008, as a Tag Duel opponent partner with Gorz the Emissary of Darkness. They can be unlocked if the player has beaten twenty Tag Teams with five wins each. Their name is Battle Lover. In Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's World Championship 2010: Reverse of Arcadia, it appears as a Single Duel Opponent.
In World Championship 2008, Lava Golem uses a Burn Deck titled "Black Smoke".
