Kuroe is a character appearing in some video games.

World Championship 2009 biographyEdit

Kuroe sells the player a Duel Runner for 1000 DP and delivers it to the subway. After finding that it has no engine or CPU, Blitz returns to complain to Kuroe, but gets kidnapped. The player faces Kuroe in a Duel at the entrance to the thugs' lair, on their mission to save Blitz.

DeckEdit

In every World Championship game he has appeared in, Kuroe's Deck is titled "Masterful Magician".
