Into the Shadows

Into the shadows is the story arc where Jaden Yuki, Syrus Truesdale and the others get pulled into an alternate dimension to find Jesse Andersen. While in there, Jaden sends his friends to the stars and allows an extreme evil to take over his mind, thus he becomes the Supreme King. The Supreme King's deck has Elemental Heroes but uses Dark Fusion to bring out a new breed of heroes, the Evil Heroes. Using this new power, he sends Jim to the stars. The Supreme King is then challenged to a duel by Axel. The duel ends in a draw but the Supreme King's spirit comes out of Jaden and both Axel and the spirit are sent to the stars. Now Jaden becomes afraid of using one of his key cards, Polymerization. Later, in the duel against the Yubel-possessed Jesse, he overcomes his fear and uses Super Polymerization to save Jesse.
