Ice Pillar Counter

From Yu-Gi-Oh!

Ice Pillar Counters, unlike others, are used to shield monsters by removing 1 counter from a monster that has one on it. Only 1 card utilizes this counter. They are used by Alexis Rhodes in the Yu-Gi-Oh! GX manga.
