Gillian, known as Mamoru Hatsugokoro in the Japanese version, is a character appearing in the Tag Force series.

In the English version of Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's Tag Force 4, his name is given to Yasunobu Hamada.

In the English version of Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's Tag Force 5, his name is given to Shuji Maruyama.

In Yu-Gi-Oh! GX Tag Force, when the player receives his Deck Recipe, they also receive a "Skull Servant". He is also your opponent in the practical section of the first test.

Whenever you talk to him he always reminds you of the basics of dueling, and he berates you for forgetting them if you lose to him.

DeckEdit

In Yu-Gi-Oh! GX Tag Force, Gillian plays a WATER Deck, titled Essential Basics. This Deck is identical to the Deck the player starts with in Yu-Gi-Oh! GX Tag Force and Yu-Gi-Oh! GX Tag Force Evolution. In later Tag Force instalments, Gillian's decks continue to possess similarities to the player's starter deck.
