Hi, why "Exiled Force" cannot used hes effect when hes tribute after summoned by the effect of "Debris Dragon", i mean, its just like "Skill Drain" ruling, even if the monster effect is negated, resolve in the graveyard (the effect apply normally). So, why in Debris Dragon the ruling is not the same. sorry for my english.--JDDCODE7 (talkcontribs) 15:48, October 4, 2016 (UTC)

No, it is not like "Skill Drain". "Skill Drain" has a unique wording: "The effects of all face-up monsters on the field are negated while those monsters are face-up on the field". Does that last part of the sentence seem redundant to you? It actually isn't.
Everything else, like "Junk Synchron", "Debris Dragon", and "Effect Veiler", negates the effects of monsters on the field, even if that monster leaves the field. So, since "Exiled Force" activated its effect on the field and is now in the Graveyard, that doesn't change the fact that its effect activated while it was on the field. So that effect is negated. "Skill Drain" won't negate the effect of "Exiled Force", since it needs that monster to remain face-up on the field after it activated its effect. --UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 16:05, October 4, 2016 (UTC)
