Heraldic Beast Question

Aren't the heraldic beasts technically called medallion beasts? Tron called Number 69 the "Monshō shin", in the context of medallion god, and doesn't it fit the theme a bit better if they were called medallion beasts, due to the wide array of spells and traps which support them that are called medallion. This is just an honest question, I am not looking to change their names or anything like that. 2.126.180.53 (talk) 14:04, July 20, 2012 (UTC)

Yes, medallion or crest would be a more accurate translation, and people seem to think that heraldic and medallion mean essentially the same thing. But moving them will probably start a war, so everyone's waiting 'till the TCG name comes out. MadRest 18:34, July 21, 2012 (UTC)

Good point. Also, since tron's crest actually appeared in a card (Reborn Medallion), it can be assumed that the term Monshō (crest) was meant to be used as medallion, but you're right, moving them would most likely start a war. And you never know, TCG may just give it an entirely new name like they did with the OOPArts.2.126.180.53 (talk) 18:47, July 21, 2012 (UTC)
