Umm, everything but the monsters need help. Heres what to do:

-1 Endymion

-1 Exemplar

-1 Toon Cannon Soldier

-1 Mega Ton Magical Cannon

-1 Terraforming

-1 Mage Defender

-3 Toon Table of Contents [you'll have enough spell counter distribution]

-3 Royal Decree

+2 Crystal Seer

+2 Old Vindictive Magician

+1 Royal Magical Library

+2 Magical Dimension

+1 Magician's Circle

I think this will help your deck. Spellcasters FTW!!! --bewk 07:16, 7 March 2009 (UTC)

Hmm... Just off the top of my head, here's what I'm thinking:

-2 Endymion

-2 Saint Disenchanter

-2 Mage Knight Defender

-1 Toon Cannon Soldier

-3 Toon Table of Contents

-2 Mega Ton Magical Cannon

-3 Royal Decree

+2 Summon Priest

+2 Crystal Seer

+1 Old Vindictive Magician

+2 Book of Moon

+1 Brain Control

+2 Magician's Circle

Now I wish I could cut down on something else to add more defense, but it's really tough to at this point. Eh, oh well. I hope something in this reply could help. Good luck. DemonDizzle 07:45, 7 March 2009 (UTC)

Thanks guys. Don't forget that I don't have the Structure's Deck yet (unless Wal-Mart has it for sale already), so I'm not sure how it runs. The main reason I run Royal Degree is to not focus on traps at all and it can stop Solemn, Mirror Force, Torrential, ect. But I can side deck it if I need to. But still keep commenting guys, I will try those fix when I get the cards. ;)

Well, since I can't really think of ways to mess with the deck anymore, you can always rotate out the Circles and Marionettes for a set of Decrees and something else. Hmm...maybe that slot can be used for 2 Kycoos after cutting a city as well.

DemonDizzle 20:50, 7 March 2009 (UTC)

That's not a bad idea. Thanks. Side-decked 2x Kycoo the Ghost Destroyer.

I will not remove the Endymion guy because he can get me useful spells like Monster Reborn, Mystical Space Typhoon, Spell Power Grasp, ect. with a simple cost of 6 Spell Counter on the city (which should be no problem with this deck). Also the fact he can come back from the grave easily. Also hence the Deck's name. (Which is focus on him and the city).

I'm gonna remove the Mega Ton Magical Cannon's for Magical Dimension's when I get the Arcanite Magician.

Added Magical Blast. Keep commenting guys.

Which is why I suggested removing 2 Endymions. If it's so easy to revive, why slow your deck down by having more? While extremely useful, it's not like it's vital enough to warrant more copies.

DemonDizzle 22:36, 7 March 2009 (UTC)

Ok I got ya.

Remove 2x Endymions, 1x Saint Des Enchanter, 1x Toon Cannon Soldier, 3x Toon Table of Contents.

Added 1x Old Vindictive Magician, 1x Crystal Seer, 1x Summon Priest, 2x Book of Moon, 1x Card of Safe Return, 1x Brain Control.

I like the look of the final structure, but I'm a little worried by the lack of Magical Citadels since a lot of the decks I play against use excessive amounts of field cards, Magical Citadel's main weakness. Any recommendations? - Silvius

i have the same deck.. i think you should put the heavy storm in your deck and put it in your side deck because the citadel is a field spell card so even though it will just remove one counter if it is destroyed it is still risky specially if you use the citadel's counters for a substitute for the monster effect.. and most specially if you think that your opponent also have a field spell card i think you should use a field barrier.. and you only need 2 magical citadel because you have the trap card named the hidden book of spell which allows you to select 2 spell cards from graveyard to deck.. you also need magical dimension, so you won't wait for the citadel to have 6 counters just to summon endymion plus if you use the magical citadel you not only summon endymion but you can destroy one face up card on the field (of course your opponent's field).. you also need 2 defender and 3 apprentice.. 3 vindictives is ok as long as you have the book of moon (that is if your opponent won't attack the monster).. for more questions you can ask me..

and you can have 2 endymion as long as you have 3 magical dimension spell card (quick play card) if there is a monster that would be destroyed you can easily activate this card and the destroyed monster will be tributed and you can summon endymion.. in my case i usually summon endymion and dark magician..

Just some random stuff off top of my head. I see you got synchros but no tuners(or I missed it somehow) won't one or two frequency magician help? If you draw it, it comes with a counter(not much, but still have one) at the same time, it gives your apprentice another option, allowing you to tune up some creature. At the same time, won't dark red enchanter be a good card for the deck? It is although weaker than MM in effect, but it does gain more power per counter, and that's what the deck run off of. And finally, a spell called solidarity, both can be used as bounce for disenchanter(for getting more counters if you got enough collectors out) and as the deck is mono-caster, it can be a huge boost.
