So, this is a deck I made in a Video Game (Tag Force 2, so some cards may be out-dated) and I was wondering if it was good enough to upgrade and possibly go for a real-world version. Any and all help would be great!

i think you can upgrade it to be a actual attk lifepoints deck, i have one, ifflicts damage to about 7700, but i need a few cards that i know that would kick ass, like a scarecrow those rock in attk lifepoint decks, i need to get two jinzo returners aswell, then my deck would pawn better

  • First up, Ekibyo Drakmord is useless in this kind of deck; it is SLOW. Avoid like the plague.
  • Cut down on some of the Traps; Negate Attack is weak, Robbin' Zombie will usually help the opponent rather than hinder.
  • Nobleman of Extermination isn't THAT great, either. You can get rid of him, if you want.
  • Divine Wrath isn't really too good in this deck.
  • Now, let's see what to add...stalling cards would be a good start. You have Swords and Wall, so try using Level Limit - Area B and Gravity Bind. (Note that, while Messenger of Peace is another good stall card, it doesn't work too well with Raging Flame Sprite).
  • You can also add some more defensive Trap Cards. Sakuretsu Armor, Magic Cylinder, e.t.c can protect you while you get some monsters into position.
  • Those Normal Monsters don't really fit the Deck. You can switch them out either to Staples (e.g. Breaker the Magical Warrior) or to seacrchers (e.g. Sangan)
  • Finally Heart of Clear Water can protect your monsters, and if you combine it with Spirit Barrier it can protect your LP, too. KazilDarkeye 21:36, 5 December 2008 (UTC)
  • Thanks for the advise. I'll see what I can do. As for the normal monsters, I guess I was mostly going for high ATK monsters that I could use Shadow Delver's effect on. I don't think I've gotten a Breaker in the game either, but I'll try to get one. those are great stall ideas though, thanks!

If you can defend yourself well, use Inaba White Rabbit. They disappear at the end of your turn, yes, but that means your opponent can't run over them during his turn. 700 damage a turn WILL add up. Throw in some Threatening Roar while you're at it, too, the timing of activation will also shirk off anything with an "Ancient Gear" self-protection effect. --Gadjiltron 04:04, 6 December 2008 (UTC)

  • I had thought about that. I'm just not sure if I could protect myself long enough so I put in those Servants instead. they deal the same damage and make for at least one body the opponent has to go through. Thanks for more trap ideas though.

If you're going to be using Shadow Delver, I find that Mataze works really well... LlSouLll 23:09, 6 December 2008 (UTC)

  • These are all great ideas. I'll make sure to play around with them some. I've been thinking of swapping Nobleman of Extermination for an equip spell, so I'll just see which one works best. Thanks for the Mataza idea too LlSouLll. BobTheJesusPunk 22:56, 8 December 2008 (UTC)

I find that a monster with Direct Attack abilities work well with "Cybernetic Magician". For the cost of a card in your hand, you can make one monster's attack 2000 until the End Phase.

"Unifrog" + "Twin Swords - Tryce" + "Cybernetic Magician"'s Effect = 2000 x2 = 4000 Damage.

As for defensive maneuvers, try "The Dark Door" combined with "Scrap-Iron Scarecrow", or "Spirit Barrier" combined with "Astral Barrier".

I used to run one of these before, but my build was too unstable to win at tournaments.

Okay Hers what I would do to make this a really successful deck. and it can be one. Add In 3 Mage power I went and checked the ban list and it is an unlimited card that is really cheap that can power up your monsters by 2500 atk and defense points

With the new earthbound immortals that have come out you can add in som real power to this deck through sheer size. Add In 1 Ccpac Apu 1 Aslla Piscu

Take out 1 Catabolism 1 of the dark normal monsters of your choice

Add in 2 Mausoleum of the emporer (these are for your Immortals so you can play them the same turn)

Take out

Robbin' Zombie x2
Ekibyo Drakmord

Nobleman of Crossout Nobleman of Extermination

These changes could make your deck very successfull in todays metagame

Okay, Neo-Spacian Glow Moss is not very good as it allows for your opponent to draw, and it only presents a chance to direct attack for, what, 300 damage? Spell Striker can do 600 each turn, and is easily Special Summoned. Not to mention you take no damage when he gets attacked. Combo with Heart of Clear Water and your opponent will have a very hard time taking care of him. --Gadjiltron 00:09, September 19, 2009 (UTC)

Unstable Evolution is an amazing addition because no matter what your monsters attack is at at least 1000 allowing it to go up no matter what.
