Does it negate effect such as exiled forces and newdoria? —This unsigned comment was made by 71.141.146.213 (talkcontribs) 22:44, 9 June 2008 (UTC)

No. Please learn to sign your posts with four tildes. Zeek Aran 23:26, 9 June 2008 (UTC)

But exiled force and newdoria are effect monsters, and you can only activate their effect if they are face up on the field, so why cant plasma negate their effects? —This unsigned comment was made by 207.6.230.20 (talkcontribs) 07:04, 29 April 2009 (UTC)

negate all the effect of FACE UP EFFECT MONSTERS your opponent controls.—This unsigned comment was made by 207.6.230.20 (talkcontribs) 07:04, 29 April 2009 (UTC)

Because they are NOT ON THE FIELD when their effect activate. Tributing exile force is a cost to activate its effect, so when its effect activates, it's in the graveyard already. Newdoria's effect activates in the graveyard.—This unsigned comment was made by Metagame.com (talkcontribs) 08:42, 29 April 2009 (UTC)

when i attack Gonogo with d. hero plasma and send to the graveyard can gonogo turn plasma in defense position —This unsigned comment was made by 91.187.98.245 (talkcontribs) 06:25, 20 June 2009 (UTC)

To Metagame.com: You mean "when their effect resolves"!
To 91.187.98.245: Yes, DH Plasma does not negate Gonogo's effect since it is in the Graveyard when the effect resolves. ATEMVEGETA (Talk) 06:31, 20 June 2009 (UTC)

Hi i was wondering if DH plasma destoy D.D. warior lady ,D.D. warrior, or D.D. Assailant if either of these monster will be able to used their effect?

  • Their effects will activate, but they will be negated, since those monsters remove themselves from the field when the effect resolves, not for a cost. ATEMVEGETA (Talk) 06:29, 29 June 2009 (UTC)

To you guys arguing about it, like Skill Drain that can only negate monster effects that are face-up on the field, Destiny Hero Plasma can only negate cards your opponent controls. To control a card, it has to be on the field. If a card is removed from the field, they no longer have control of it. Therefore, cards like Exiled Force, etc will work when tributing themselves as they are not under Destiny Hero Plasma's effect range once they're in the Graveyard.

Right! Exiled Force, ect, is unaffected by Destiny Hero - Plasma's effect! Who said otherwise? ATEMVEGETA (Talk) 22:35, March 10, 2010 (UTC)

Does Destiny - Hero Plasma negate Machina Fortress' effect of destroying the card after it was sent to the graveyard by battle?

plasma negates only on the field. Mashina's effect activates after it is sent to the grave, so it is already in the grave. Plasma's effect doesn't reach it. -dest- 02:14, May 13, 2010 (UTC)

Destiny hero plasma vs exiled force

Ok but how can exiled force tribute itself, monsters cannot tribute themselves unless their effect says otherwise, since destiny hero plasma negates effects of face up monsters your opponent controls exiled force shouldnt be able to activate the base effect of tributing itself.

Destiny hero plasma is not prevent action of effect, it just negate it. So, monster still can active its effect, but when its effect resolve, Plasema will negate it.-- (talkcontribs) 09:22, February 26, 2011 (UTC)
P/S: And Exiled force tribute itself is cost, cost can't be negated.-- (talkcontribs) 09:25, February 26, 2011 (UTC)

the only way to negate the effects of cards that activate in the graveyard would be to play Silent Graveyard or any other card with a similar effect to Silent Graveyard.
