This man has made me more furious in the past couple of sets than any other man alive. He promised us on pojo that anything from the Duel Terminal sets would be super rare and under, which is MOSTLY TRUE. Then comes the card I have been waiting for since I saw it's release on this wikia, Fabled Raven. It's from a Limited Edition pack, but it's a duel terminal Ultra rare, yet that is enough of loophole to jump that card up to a SCR. They jumped Pot of Duality and Fabled Raven up to SCR, and then they upped Solemn Warning from a COMMON to an ULTRA FREAKIN' RARE. He is the man responsible for rare whoring the last couple of sets, and I'm freakin' tired of it. Anyone else with me? D}:< Goblinpunch787

Then don't trust that freak site. They're all dirty-minded insane mutate people, so don't jump in their hands so easily. If you really want to get those strong cards, buy them from site single, easily. --FredCat100 (talkcontribs) 17:57, August 5, 2010 (UTC)
  • Or, just give up buying them at all. Waste of money. I am mad at Kevin Tewart, though, but not because of that. The quality of TCG exclusive cards blows this time around. Too much shitty Amazoness support, 2 meh Synchro monsters and random support cards. I was expecting more. Disappointed.--YamiWheeler (talkcontribs) 18:01, August 5, 2010 (UTC)
How about not trying for some challenges? Like "Finish your Opponent in One Turn" stuff from games and site? --FredCat100 (talkcontribs) 18:06, August 5, 2010 (UTC)

I'm with Yamiwheeler on the Shitty amazoness support. they gave us nothing good for the exclusives on either side besides Raven IMO. I don't plan on buying it either, I'll be praying to find someone who pulls 3 and will trade them. money would be my ABSOLUTE LAST RESORT. I never buy singles unless they're like...commons that I need or really cheap. Goblinpunch787

jus feel the stuff is getting back to when upperdeck messed everything up like turning ultras into secret.... i mean come on was there a point to make effect veiler an ultra i mean i bet this card would become like an rare or common in yusei dp3. the thing i cant stand is why the hell miricle's afterglows in this set and its a secret!!!!. why couldnt they jus release it like dp collection tin or somemut. gonna like buy 40£ of this pack and not get it. im furious Kevin Tewart. lets all send an email to konami tellin then how things should be done Enternal Evoluton Burst (talkcontribs) 18:43, August 5, 2010 (UTC)

So this is the asshole who made Infernity Launcher a super?! well I'm just pissed now, what is the point of making Yusei's cards extremely rare when in the duelist packs, they wil be rares and commons. I see why Konami won't release a DP Jack Atlas, way too many good cards that he has to become rares and commons like Battle Fader and Exploder Dragonwing. But releasing Cyclone Creator into a friggin Secret?! I'd be fine if Konami limited it for it's painstakingly broken effect, but anything but a secret. I've never pulled one, and at this rate, i never will. Also, Shield Wing, the only reason I pulled him is because I bought him online for like 20 dollars. RRRRR.... If enough complaints are emailed like hell about this Kevin Twat, they can do us all a favor and fire him for spoiling the game for everyone young and old. Adamtheamazing64 (talkcontribs) 21:48, August 5, 2010 (UTC)

Err, "Fabled Raven" isn't a Duel Terminal card. I don't see why you're angry.
Kevin isn't responsible for altering rarity. He probably knows who is in charge of that (and thus is able to give second-hand knowledge about what's coming), but he isn't in charge. --Deus Ex Machina (Talk) 00:10, August 6, 2010 (UTC)
Uh, Deus, he said on one thread that he decided the rarities for DREV "months ago". DemonGodAsura (talkcontribs) 00:25, August 6, 2010 (UTC)
I saw that, but I thought he was being sarcastic, since everyone was blaming him anyway. I mean, he IS talking in the third person, so it sounds like he's just getting on the "I Hate Kevin" bandwagon. (Source, in case anyone else is interested.) --Deus Ex Machina (Talk) 15:48, August 6, 2010 (UTC)

well i now sure he used to work with ude Enternal Evoluton Burst (talkcontribs) 01:23, August 6, 2010 (UTC)

Huh, Common Solemn Warning into Ultra/Ultimate Solemn Warning. I didn't know this card was doing good in OCG. Honestly, I proxied this card for a deck; never got to use it o-.....okay well ONCE out of like what, 25 times? And it was against a swarming deck. I was in a situation to where I could never use it, or it got destroyed. Really dumb move upping its rarity up, Kevin.---Yugioh DED (talkcontribs) 06:32, August 6, 2010 (UTC)

  • Solemn Warning is potentially the best card in the set.--YamiWheeler (talkcontribs) 11:48, August 6, 2010 (UTC)

If I recall correctly, Kevin was the very person who caused the TCG packs to diverge from the OCG since STON. Wouldn't have minded if the additional cards introduced were former OCG exclusives, but introducing ineffectual crap like Tongue Twister? (facepalm) --Gadjiltron (talkcontribs) 07:42, August 6, 2010 (UTC)

Well, hopefully some of these cards go in GLD4. I have to say Pot Of Duality has to be the best card in DREV. OCGers run it in threes, and even Konami was saying how it's "one of the most talked-about spells in years.". Now turning THAT into a SCR has to be, honestly, and dumb but smart move.---Yugioh DED (talkcontribs) 15:56, August 6, 2010 (UTC)

  • Pot of Duality is an overhyped card. It's not that good at all. Which OCG decks run it in 3s?--YamiWheeler (talkcontribs) 16:20, August 6, 2010 (UTC)

Yeah, OCG decks run it in threes. And it's really not that overhyped. Try picking up your top three cards, adding one to your hand, and shuffling the rest back in your deck. I almost ALWAYS pick up a needed Polymerization to fuse my Dogma and Plasma 9of course for next turn), and not to mention the card works GREAT in anti-meta decks, as well as a good combo'r with E-Hero Stratos, or basically just Setting a monster. Pretty much, its side effect really doesn't take that much of a toll on anybody. Also combos great with my Diamond Dude, of course. I need 2, and you know.....that would've be easy.....had the card stayed a Super.....watch it be the next Emmersblade and Infernity Barrier card; hyped , SCR, and a lot of money.---Yugioh DED (talkcontribs) 16:30, August 6, 2010 (UTC)

  • I asked WHICH OCG decks run it in 3s. And I know what the effect does, and yes, it's incredibly overhyped. The condition slows most of the meta down. Frogs Special Summon too much, so do Sabers, Infernities, Glads, Cat Synchro. Hell, even using it in a Dogma deck is really dumb because you have better options in Trade-In and Allure of Darkness. It's only beneficial for a minority of decks. It's overhyped and definitely no where near as good as Emmersblade or Infernity Barrier, and even Barrier isn't THAT good.--YamiWheeler (talkcontribs) 16:42, August 6, 2010 (UTC)
  • Sigh* I agree with a lot of you. Now he's made it ridiculously hard to get to a few cards unless you pay like... 80$ in packs to only get 2 Secret Rares you didn't even want in the first place. Ugh. Raining Stars (talkcontribs) 16:36, August 6, 2010 (UTC)

Well, if you've seen my decklist, I have MAJOR draw power, 1 D-Draw, 1 Allure, 2 Trade-Ins, 2 Hand Destruction, (I call it Hand De....because it is), and 2 Pot Of Dualitys (also putting in a 2nd D-Draw if it goes Semi and maybe a third Hand De) point is it's good if I want to just Normal Summon a Diamond Dude for some easy Trade-Ins, a Stratos for an easy D-Hero, and E-Hero Woodsman to grab me a Poly if attacked and not destroyed, and ROTA grabbing them. Not to mention I would never have "activated" it if dumped to the Grave with Diamond Dude's effect, so I would be able to Special Summon. It works relatively good in my deck. But the question begs, thanks to Kevin, HOW WILL I GET 2??, (and Infernity Barrier.....yeah I know, but searchable with Infernity Archfiend, and the hyped-money maker card of TSHD.---Yugioh DED (talkcontribs) 16:55, August 6, 2010 (UTC)

  • That's YOUR deck, not an "OCG Deck that runs 3". Personally, I find that line-up stupid because that deck idea needs to be fast, and Pot of Duality slows it down. If you run both Dogma and Plasma, then you can afford to run 3 Trade-In. Pot of Duality is unnecessary and a hindrance when the point of the deck is TO Special Summon.--YamiWheeler (talkcontribs) 17:02, August 6, 2010 (UTC)

Pretty much every OCG deck now runs multiple "Pot of Duality"s just try looking at the tournament decks section at shriek twoday.-- HHTurtle Talk   17:12, August 6, 2010 (UTC)

  • That's where I looked, and the most recent decks put up a few days ago mostly don't run it. Then, you have a few decks here and there that run 1 copy. I can't see any that run 3.--YamiWheeler (talkcontribs) 17:14, August 6, 2010 (UTC)

  • I can't see that working very well at all. Regardless, though, they have a very different meta, clearly. Just because they find it useful doesn't mean it'll be that way in the TCG.--YamiWheeler (talkcontribs) 17:41, August 6, 2010 (UTC)

I don't think I want run 3 Trade-Ins really, as I would like my Dogmas and Plasmas in my hand. But yeah, pretty much OCGers run 3 now. It slows down a turn. It's good in multiple decks, like Setting a Scrap Goblin, Setting a Ryko, Normal Summoning a Stratos (just saying) or maybe even Normal Summoning Gearframe for when you don't need to bring out Machina Fortress right that turn, but you need someone on the field. Actually, in a way, Pot Of Duality speeds up a deck. Sure as hell speeds up an Exodia deck, that's for sure.---Yugioh DED (talkcontribs) 17:44, August 6, 2010 (UTC)

do u guys dont find miricles afterglow useful. Enternal Evoluton Burst (talkcontribs) 00:29, August 7, 2010 (UTC)

What? What does Miracle's Wake have to do with anything in accordance to Kevin Tewart, or the rarities of cards? --Drew-Gi-Oh! (talkcontribs) 00:36, August 7, 2010 (UTC)

coz this guy made it into an f***ing secret Enternal Evoluton Burst (talkcontribs) 12:17, August 7, 2010 (UTC)

If my name was Kevin Tewart I would be inclined to be a douchebag and increase card rarities too. Seriously imagine having Tewart as your surname lol. Hebi No David (talkcontribs) 18:02, August 7, 2010 (UTC)
