With Naturia and Scrap decks becoming stronger, are Infernity Decks still in the current meta? I was planning on making an Infernity Deck, but I don't want to commit to getting all of the cards if Infernities aren't going to still be in the meta. Does anyone know? And speaking of meta, are Gravekeeper's able to keep up in any way with them? I've dueled an Infernity deck and won with them, but I'm unsure if they would hold up in a tournament situation. Any thoughts? Jon Kovacs (talk • contribs) 22:28, November 4, 2010 (UTC)
- That's exact what I thought. Blackwing, Lightsworn/Twilight/Lightmare, Gladiator Beast are still top Meta. --FredCat Ta.P. • F.P. • J.R. • W.S. • Th.P. • S.C. 22:31, November 4, 2010 (UTC)
No Infernity was killed off thanks to the banlist, the deck need's 3 infernity launcher's to be really successful, now they just aren't quick enough. That's why you don't see infernity's anymore in tournaments, over here in america, you still see GB's, Blackwings, & X-sabers. You don't often see Lightsworns anymore, but people have been talking about them making a comeback in japan. Just not here in America do u see lightsworns much anymore. Gravekeeper's are actually pretty good, however trouble starts when Necrovalley is gone. Gravekeeper's unlike many decks are extremely reliant on field spells, without "Necrovalley" it's really hard to gain the advantage. It's still a good deck nevertheless, it can stand up to many decks which makes a worth while deck to have! On the subject of Infernity's its not a great deck anymore, its just a good deck. So if you were to guess, which would be the best deck to roll with? I hope to make a deck that I can use at regionals, but if the Infernities aren't there anymore, I'm not really sure what I should make... Gladiator Beasts, X-Sabers, Blackwings and Scraps keep coming up when I look at discussions about the meta, but I don't know which to pick. Does one of them seem to do better in general than the others? Jon Kovacs (talk • contribs) 00:21, November 5, 2010 (UTC)
No skull servants are more of novelty deck, in my eyes. Skull Servants are whatever lol. Blackwings are easy to make, the cards are not expensive as they used to be. Don't make OTK Fane, make more of beat down style. Even though Black Whirlwind is at 1 it doesn't hinder the deck one bit. Probably the cheapest option is a Blackwing deck, everything is common except the synchro's. It won't cost you too much, just my two cents on the subject. So is X-Sabers because nothing really hindered them, even with Rescue Cat banned. In fact maybe in my opinion, they could be a little broken but it's still awesome. Skull Servants are well, meh. I wonder what happened to archfiends, they are practically beatsticks. Fallensilence (talk • contribs) 23:24, November 5, 2010 (UTC)
