Can the blue-eyes spirit dragon use his effect during damage step? if i attack him and he tribute and special summon another guy, can i still attack with the same monster ? Dark strange (talk • contribs) 02:37, November 11, 2016 (UTC)

That effect of "Blue-Eyes Spirit Dragon" is a Quick Effect. Read the first five bullet points at Damage Step#Cards and effects that can be activated to find your answer. --UltimateKuriboh (talk • contribs) 02:46, November 11, 2016 (UTC)

By the way, attacks are declared during the Battle Step, which is also when replays may occur. If your attack target happens to leave the field during this particular step, a replay will then be triggered.
