E-Dizzle

Limit the Turbo Boosters to 2 at most- While its swarming ability is decent, its effect is horrible IMO

3x Marauding Captains- By far the best swarmers

2x Quillbolt Hedgehogs- Easy swarm when you get a Tuner on the field

2 or 3 Reinforcement of the Army- Serves as your toolbox. Get the right creature out quick and easy for whatever the situation calls for

Monster Reborn- Bring out tuner or sync monster

SHallow Grave- Same as Monster Reborn

2 or 3 Defense Draws- This is your draw power and battle condenser in one which is great

Swords of Revealing Light- Just in case use, Tuners are incredibly weak and need to be protected once in a while

Jutte FIghter- This card has helped me personally in many tight situations where my opponent has a strong monster out. Just use his effect to switch it to defense mode and destroy it that way. Most high attackers have horrible defense and vice versa

Threatening Roar- With all those trap/spell destruction going on, just chain this to protect yourself.

Dark Resonater- Decent effect, opponents have to attack this card twice to destroy

Synchro Blast Wave replaced by Sakuretsu Armors- IMO, a waste of card space when Sakuretsu have no requirement of a specific creature on the field

Twister replaced by Mystical Space Typhoon- Why pay any LPs when you could just do it for free?

Take out Backup Soldier- Reason being that you no monsters that fit that description

Domino Effect- You want to keep Tuners on the field along with all your other creatures for a faster Sync Summon

Battle TUned- you want Tuners to stay in the Graveyard

GET MORE SYNCHROS, I'm missing Nitro Warrior (Which I want)

Need

Goyo Guardian

Trust me, this is an amazing way to steal your opponents monsters to use as your own for easier sync summon

Also its far more easier than trying to hit 8

Won't do it (sorry)

Dude, no offense if u like the card, but I HATE Goyo Guardian and will never run it. Also, Yusei doesn't use it and I try to make a point to stick to using cards that makes up his theme. Goyo Guardian isn't in his Deck, so I probably will never run it. Also, I hold somewhat of an enmity towards cards that the enemy characters use, so that's another reason why I will probably never use it. I'm sorry to all the Duelists who I may piss off with this post, but like every other Duelist, I have my reasons for not running certain cards.

If anyone else has any other tips for strengthening my Deck OTHER than telling me to build a whole new Deck or telling me to run Goyo or Red Dragon Archfiend, I would really appreciate it if you would let me know.

Advanced Junk Deck Updates

Ok, i just recently swapped out Ghost Gardna with spirit reaper. This provides my deck with more flexibility in terms of levels and gives my Deck a much better defender monster. Plz give your opinions and advice for how my Deck can improve further.

P.S.: I'm planning on switching Spirit Reaper out with Marshmallon after i get it. Plz give me your guys' opinions on this decision.

Advanced Junk Deck v. 3.0

Alright fellas, I just came back from regionals and I got my ass handed to me while using my latest Deck. It only made matters worse that crossroads cards weren't going to be considered tournament legal until thanksgiving. Anyways, I made some drastic changes to my Deck, but I'm not exactly sure if they're going to help or hurt my Deck. How about you guys take a look at it and letting me know what you think. As always, be kind in your criticism.

Monsters: Necro Gardna x2; Quillbolt Hedgehog; Junk Synchron x2; Nitro Synchron x2; Turbo Synchron x2; Tune Warrior; Hanewata; Turbo Booster; Spell Striker; Spirit Reaper; Marshmallon; Cyber Dragon; Copycat; Marauding Captain; Speed Warrior; Exiled Force

Spells: Reinforcement of the Army (ROTA) x2; Scapegoat; Instant Fusion; Lightning Vortex; Monster Reborn; Heavy Storm; Mystical Space Typhoon; Shrink; Fighting Spirit

Traps: Trap Hole; Sakuretsu Armor; Dimensional Prison; Limit Reverse; Defense Draw; Seven Tools of the Bandit; Destruction Jammer; Scrap-Iron Scarecrow; Divine Wrath; Threatening Roar

Side Deck: Kuriboh; Sonic Chick; Shield Warrior; QuillBolt Hedgehog x2; Turbo Booster; Synchro Boost; Junk Barrage; Twister; The Shallow Grave; Spirit Barrier; Remote Revenge; A Hero Emerges; Synchro Strike

E-Dizzle 08:18, 29 November 2008 (UTC)E-Dizzle

Tune-Up

Monsters: 3x Junk Synchron, 3x Quillbolt Hedgehog,3x Nitro Synchron, 3x Turbo Synchron, 1x Cyber Dragon, 3x A-Team: Trap Disposal Unit, 3x Armored Cybern, 3x Cyber Valley, 1x D.D. Survivor

Spells: 3x Magnet Circle LV2, 3x Machine Duplication, 1x Future Fusion, 1x Overload Fusion, 3x Reinforcement of the Army, 1z Heavy Storm, 1x Monster Reborn, 1x Giant Trunade

Traps: 3x Limit Reverse -- Extra Deck: 3x Stardust Dragon, 3x Nitro Warrior, 1x Gaia/Goyo, 2x Turbo Warrior, 1x Chimeratech Overdragon

Cheap, easy-to-use, and broken as hell.

Junk Synchron: Use it to being back any dumped low-level monsters, preferably Quillbolt, to make huge plays. Quillbolt Hedgehog: The advantage he generates wins games. Future Fusion a batch of 'em and little can stop you. Nitro Synchron: A powerful Tuner that gels perfectly with every piece and concept of the deck. Turbo Synchron: Not as optimal as Nitro Synchron, but still makes the engine go. Cyber Dragon: Allows you to play Future Fusion, and makes great Synchro fodder. A-Team: These little buggers make great engine targets. Dupe for them and you can shut down your opponent's entire defensive field. Cybern: Used primarily for Synchro fodder and as a decent defensive monster, plus the cute trick you can pull with Cydra. His hearty 2000 DEF can sometimes buy the time you need...Oh, and he's a great Dupe target. Cyber Valley: Not only do these guys slow down your opponent, they can be used with Quillbolt to gain more free cards, too. They're also great Dupe'd and mesh right into the endine. D.D. Survivor: A fairly stable beatstick that's ROTA-able.. Not much else to it. It can also do cute things with Cyber Valley. Since you probably don't have any Allures lying around, that benefit is lost. You could probably play Neos Alius just as well, if you wish. --- Magnet Circle LV2: An integral piece of the engine. It brings free Nitro/Turbo Synchrons, Valleys, Quillbolts, and A-Teams, where you can use them for Synchro Summons or get off their powerful effects. Or both! Machine Duplication: The advantage you get by duping a Valley is staggering. Also, if you can dupe a Quillbolt when you have a Tuner on the field, not only do you have a free Synchro Summon, you also have a graveyard full of Quillbolts. Future Fusion: Loading your Graveyard with Quillbolts and Synchrons to bring back can only mean good things. Also lets you summon Chimeratech Overdragon for a cheap kill. Unless you can play Chimeratech the same turn, try to destroy it before the Chimeratech comes out and nukes your whole field. Overload Fusion: The random one-off kills you can get by using this are too good to pass up. If you're really worried about the dead draw, take it out for a Neos Alius. (If you added one already, you could add a Stratos instead.) ROTA: Thins your deck and gets JS (or D.D. Survivor) to your hand. You could cut 1 for a Bribe. Unless you go for the Stratos mini-engine with a Neos Alius or 2, in which case, don't. Storm/Reborn: Self-explanatory, really. Trunade: Allows you to clear the field of Spells and Traps to make your possible OTK into a sure-fire OTK. Also keeps a Chimeratech due for Future Fusion out of your hair. You could drop it for an MST or Neos Alius or Bribe, but I don't suggest you do. --- Limit Reverse: Another huge part of the deck. Brings a ,ot of stuff back for Synchro Summons after being dumped by Future Fusion. --- And that's it.

B&O

Deck Updates

OK, I've put in some new things, like add in 1 more Quillbolt,a Sasuke Samurai, another Cold Wave, and other stuff. I've also added D.D. Crow, Card of Safe Return, Light-Imprisoning Mirror, and Evil Hero Infernal Prodigy (trust me, this allows me to Synchro HELLA fast) to my Side Deck. Let me kno what you guys think.

E-Dizzle 01:39, 14 December 2008 (UTC)

Good!

I started with a Junk deck and it went over really well. This looks so much better than mine. I think this deck could go really far bro. Keep working on it! Dont forget about Soul Release and Phoenix Wing Blast. This card is great becuase you can drop a monster that will help more in the grave than on the field. Or drop something that you can simply get back ^_^

Deck Update & Questions...

Alright guys, it's almost time for the SJC in the bay Area, & I need your help even more than ever. I recently took out a third Quillbolt Hedgehog and put it in my Side Deck to make room for Breaker the Magical Warrior. Considering my Deck, do you guys think it was a smart move to throw Breaker in the mix? I'm at a loss in terms for an answer to this question.

Now, I have another question for you guys. The Yusei Duelist Pack is coming out pretty soon, & many of his most effective monsters are making their debut. Some notables that I am most interested in are Massive Warrior, Tuning Supporter (I like calling it that, rather than Tuningware), and Armory Arm. I would like your guys' opinions on whether or not I should input these new cards into my Deck, & if I should put them in, how would they be best used. Thanks for taking the time to help me build my Deck, fellas. Without you guys, my Advanced Junk Deck would not have come this far. Please keep up the good work and continue to constructively criticize my Deck. :)

E-Dizzle 09:15, 30 December 2008 (UTC)

P.S: Take a look at the links for each individual card just in case you forgot what each cards does. :)

One mans junk is an... heh

I'm so glad I didnt buy the starter deck. All the good cards are in the duelist pack. I might as well repost your deck with my edits on it:

3 junk synchron

3 nitro synchron

3 turbo synchron

3 quilbolt hedgehog

3 tuningware

3 massive warrior

2 necro gardna

1 spirit reaper

3 machine duplication

3 instant fusion

1 smashing ground

1 mystical space typhoon

1 lightning vortex

1 heavy storm

2 renforcements of the army

3 limit reverse

2 bottomless trap hole

3 defense draw

Your extra deck is fine, just add level 5 fusions (e-hero mariner). Sorry if I changed your deck too much. Blue-Eyes White Kid 02:28, 31 December 2008 (UTC)

Thanks...

Thanks for the tips! I think I might take out Sasuke Samurai and Speed Warrior to put in two Tuning Supporters if I get them... As for Massive Warrior, I like the consideration, but I think running 3 will be a bit too much, and will restrict my offensive capabilities. Lastly, I would rather not run Machine Duplication because I have a lot of warriors, which would make Machine Duplication a little too situational. I would rather run Marauding Captain because he is, IMO, the best swarming monster out there, but thanks for the idea. Keep commenting on my Deck!

Thanks

Yah i know & i changed my Deck to make it fit. & I will be posting my latest version of my Advanced Junk Deck(Junk Assault Deck was a failure) pretty soon! Keep tight, & plz give me some tips for my Deck! I would really appreciate it.

Advanced Junk Deck ver. 6.0

Alright, as you all know, my Junk Assault Deck was a failure. I didn't like it all that much, & it was slow & ineffective against the top Decks out there(I tested it against my friends who all run top Decks light Lightsworn & GBs). I'm not saying the Assault mode cards are bad, they just need a Deck dedicated specifically towards them. Anyways, I went from my Advanced Junk Deck ver. 5.0 to the Junk Assault build, & combined both to create the new & improved Adavnced Junk Deck! And IMO, not to be cocky, I think that this current & previous Advanced Junk builds were & are able to match the Synchro output of a Tele-DAD Deck. Take a look at it & give me your thoughts & your constructive criticism:

Monsters: Junk Synchron x2; Nitro Synchron x2; Turbo Synchron x2; Quillbolt Hedgehog x3; The Tricky x2; Marauding Captain x3; Evil Hero Infernal Prodigy x2; Tuning Supporter x2; Neo-Spacian Grand Mole x1; Plaguespreader Zombie x1; Cyber Dragon x1; Breaker the Magical Warrior x1; Sangan x1; Turret Warrior x1; Exiled Force x1; Spell Striker x1

Spells: Cold Wave x2; Monster Reborn x1; Heavy Storm x1; Giant Trunade x1; Brain Control x1; Lightning Vortex x1

Traps: Threatening Roar x3; Dark Bribe x2; Mirror Force x1; Scrap-Iron Scarecrow x1

Side Deck: D.D. Crow x2; Marshmallon x1; Dandylion x1; Card Ejector x1; Thunder King Rai-Oh x1; Gorz the Emissary of Darkness x1; Phoenix Wing Wind Blast x2; Destruction Jammer x1; Divine Wrath x1; Imperial Iron Wall x1; Light-Imprisoning Mirror x1; Prohibition x1; Swords of Revealing Light x1

Extra Deck: Stardust Dragon x3; Junk Warrior x2; Nitro Warrior x2; Turbo Warrior x2; Red Dragon Archfiend x1; Thought Ruler Archfiend x1; Black Rose Dragon x1; Magical Android x1; Gaia Knight, the Force of Earth x1; Colossal Fighter x1

Alright, guys, here it is! The Junk Assault Deck is gone & the Advanced Junk Deck is back! All I need you guys to do is to make some constructive comments about it! Thanks!

E-Dizzle 07:08, 14 March 2009 (UTC)

looks like an awesome deck, i reckon it could be better with double summon-for first turn synchro without the tricky, ultimate offering-basically same reason Doz Bate 10:00, 14 March 2009 (UTC)

Junk Genesis Deck ver 1.0

Alright guys, here I go again. I'm trying to evolve my Junk Deck, but this time, I'm kinda startin from scratch. I plan to make my Deck more consistent & even faster by focusing a little more on cards from the Yusei Duelist Pack. Here it is:

Monsters: Junk Synchron x3; Quillbolt Hedgehog x3; Marauding Captain x3; Speed Warrior x3; The Tricky x3; Nitro Synchron x2; Turbo Synchron x2; Evil Hero Infernal Prodigy x2; Tuning Supporter x2; Cyber Dragon x1; Sangan x1

Spells: Cold Wave x2; Monster Reborn x1; Heavy Storm x1; Lightning Vortex x1; Reinforcement of the Army x1

Traps: Limiter Overload x3; Threatening Roar x3; Imperial Iron Wall x2; Mirror Force x1

Side Deck: D.D. Crow x2; Marshmallon x1; Neo-Spacian Grand Mole x1; Dandylion x1; Card Ejector x1; Gorz the Emissary of Darkness x1; Dark Bribe x2; Phoenix Wing Wind Blast x2; Scrap-Iron Scarecrow x1; Prohibition x1; Giant Trunade x1; Swords of Revealing Light x1

Extra Deck: Stardust Dragon x3; Junk Warrior x2; Nitro Warrior x2; Turbo Warrior x2; Red Dragon Archfiend x1; Thought Ruler Archifiend x1; Magical Android x1; Gaia Knight, the Force of Earth x1; Dark Strike Fighter x1; Colossal Fighter x1

Alright, here's the Deck. Let me know what you think. I plan to test it out quite a bit to see how wit will turn out. And remember, "Always have the heart to enjoy the Duel!"

Advanced Junk Deck ver. 6.5

Ok, OK, so the Junk Genesis was yet another failure. It's so hard to come up with a decent Deck idea! I know that the Junk Genesis was a failure becuase I tested it against Decks like Plants & blackwings, & it performed horribly. Here's the current Advanced Junk Deck build:

Monsters: Junk Synchron x3; Marauding Captain x3; Quillbolt Hedgehog x3; Nitro Synchron x2; Turbo Synchron x2; The Tricky x2; Evil Hero Infernal Prodigy x2; Tuning Supporter x2; Cyber Dragon x1; Plaguespreader Zombie x1; Exiled Force x1; Neo-Spacian Grand Mole x1; Sangan x1; Turret Warrior x1

Spells: Cold Wave x2; Heavy Storm x1; Brain Control x1; Monster Reborn x1; Reinforcement of the Army x1; Lightning Vortex x1

Traps: Threatening Roar x3; Imperial Iron Wall x2; Dark Bribe x2; Mirror Force x1

Side Deck: D.D. Crow x2; Marshmallon x1; Dandylion x1; Card Ejector x1; Thunder King Rai-Oh x1; Gorz the Emissary of Darkness x1; Phoenix Wing Wind Blast x2; Scrap-Iron Scarecrow x1; Light-Imprisoning Mirror x1; Divine Wrath x1; Prohibition x1; Swords of Revealing Light x1; Giant Trunade x1

Extra Deck: Stardust Dragon x3; Junk Warrior x2; Nitro Warrior x2; Turbo Warrior x2; Red Dragon Archfiend x1; Thought Ruler Archfiend x1; Magical Android x1; Gaia Knight, the Force of Earth x1; Dark Strike Fighter x1; Colossal Fighter x1

Ok, so here's the Deck, now i need you guys to do your parts, please. PLEASE give me some good tips on how to improve this Deck so I don't have to keep jumping from concept to concept! PLZ!

Advanced Junk Deck/Quillbolt Loop ver 7.0

Ok, so I've been tinkering around with my deck A LOT, & I think I've got a solid build here. The Deck has gone from more than just rapid Synchron Summoning to rapid Synchro Summoning combined with the Quillbolt Loop strategy. Sure enough, the Deck still Synchros quickly, but it also has another, more proficient side strategy to go along with it. However, the Deck has actually been Synchron Summoning a lot less, lately. WHATEVER, I'll figure it out later. Here's the Deck:

Monsters: Junk Synchron x3; Marauding Captain x3; The Tricky x3; Quillbolt Hedgehog x3; Tuningware x2; Turbo Synchron x2; Nitro Synchron x2; Neo-Spacian Grand Mole x1; Sangan x1; Cyber Dragon x1; Plaguespreader Zombie x1; Evil Hero Infernal Prodigy x1

Spells: Cold Wave x2; Lightning Vortex x1; Reinforcement of the Army x1; Brain Control x1; Card of Safe Return x1; Heavy Storm x1; Monster Reborn x1

Traps: Threatening Roar x3; Dark Bribe x2; Imperial Iron Wall x2; Mirror Force x1

Side Deck: D.D. Crow x2; Marshmallon x1; Dandylion x1; Card Ejector x1; Thunder King Rai-Oh x1; Gorz the Emissary of Darkness x1; Phoenix Wing Wind Blast x2; Divine Wrath x1; Scrap-Iron Scarecrow x1; Prohibition x1; Swords of Revealing Light x1; Giant Trunade x1

Extra Deck: Stardust Dragon x3; Junk Warrior x2; Nitro Warrior x2; Turbo Warrior x2; Red Dragon Archfiend x1; Thought Ruler Archfiend x1; Magical Android x1; Gaia Knight, the Force of Earth x1; Dark Strike Fighter x1; Colossal Fighter x1

Alrighty, here's the Deck. I think this may be my best build for this Deck, but who knows? It's not like we have any OP where we can try out our stuff... LOL.

E-Dizzle 23:55, 7 April 2009 (UTC)

i honestly dont know how i can help here lol you've experimented and practiced numerous times it's great -- you know what you're doing and it's great. cheers!

Small change to ver. 7.0

I switched out Giant Trunade from my Side Deck with a second copy of Infernal Prodigy. Is this a smart move?

E-Dizzle 18:00, 9 April 2009 (UTC)

i don't think you'll be in a jam with monsters or more to synchro with because as you've stated, you already synchro quickly. so i don't see why you'd add another one. i don't like giant trunade a whole bunch but one in the side deck is helpful if you're opponent uses many traps and magics -- i know how it feels when you're swarming (especially multiple special summons) and you get bottomless.ed or they compulsory.ed. i dunno. what's your take? have you looked at the card xing zhen hu? could be useful
