If I have A legendary ocean on the field and i use Enchanting fitting room would i be able to special summon lvl 4 water monsters, because A legendary ocean lowers water monsters in ur hand by 1 star, jw? Ty for all ur help.
- No you cannot. Picked cards are not added to the hand. Those who are added are the drawn cards. Enchanting Fitting Room picks cards, and since they are not in the hand, A Legendary Ocean's effect doesn't apply to them. ATEMVEGETA (Talk) 21:37, 2 March 2009 (UTC)
