Noboru Gongenzaka is a character in the spin-off manga Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V The Strongest Duelist Yuya!!. This is an alternate incarnation of Gong Strong, a character from the Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V anime.
Gongenzaka is one of Yuya's closest friends.
