The February 2003 Forbidden and Limited List was the fifth Forbidden and Limited list in the TCG, going into effect on February 1, 2003.[1] This list updated the previous December 2002 list, changing one card each from Limited and Semi-Limited to Unlimited (making this the first list to unlimit a previously limited card) and one card from Semi-Limited to Limited, and adding one card from the Booster Pack Metal Raiders, one from Starter Deck Pegasus, and two from the Stairway to the Destined Duel promotional cards, and was followed by the April 2003 Forbidden and Limited List.
