Yu-Gi-Oh! GX episode 4: " Raring To Go" Video game debut
Yu-Gi-Oh! GX Duel Academy
Ms. Dorothy, known as Tome-san in the Japanese version, is a school staff member who works and owns Duel Academy's card shop. She actually has very little knowledge of the rules of a real Duel.
Ms. Dorothy gave
Jaden Yuki " Transcendent Wings" and " Winged Kuriboh LV10," as a reward for him helping her out earlier in the episode. Since then, Ms. Dorothy has become well acquainted with Jaden and his friends. It is sometimes hinted that she and Chancellor Sheppard are romantically attracted to each other.
In the anime dub, her nickname is "Miss Duel Academy."
, after beating the game with a number of characters, the player may face Ms. Dorothy dressed as " Yu-Gi-Oh! GX Tag Force Dark Magician Girl" at the school festival.
She has currently only been seen once
Dueling in the anime series. It was in a Pair Duel with Chancellor Sheppard against Jaden and Alexis Rhodes. She Summoned " Marshmallon" in Attack Position, enabling Jaden to win the Duel easily.
, Ms. Dorothy duels while dressed as " Yu-Gi-Oh! GX Tag Force Dark Magician Girl". Her Deck, called D.D.G., for Dark Dorothy Girl, focuses on Fusion Summoning, not so powerful Fusion Monsters. Most of her monsters are female, including " Dark Magician Girl" and a large number of Normal Monsters.
Tag Force 2, in the Dodgeball minigame, Dorothy tosses only cream pies and does not move from her position. Should the player get knocked out, she will start playing normally, although she will still remain in her position
Tag Force 3, Dorothy has 3 different possible decks as an opponent and all are virtually useless. One consists of nothing but Level 5 Normal Monsters (Without any support or tribute fodder, making the entire deck useless).
One consists of virtually nothing but cards that allow her to
draw more cards with no greater strategy. Another consists of cards that are highly dangerous to the user, like " The Immortal of Thunder", " Cockroach Knight", " The Gift of Greed" and " Gift Card".
However, when you partner with her, she uses a Deck that consists almost entirely of
Tuner Monsters and Tuner Monster support cards, which would be useless on its own, but is extremely powerful when combined with your own non-Tuner monsters, especially considering her Extra Deck is full of useful Synchro Monsters including " Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier", " Stardust Dragon" and so on.
