A Dark Reborn OTK is a One Turn Kill deck resolving around the monsters "Darklord Zerato", "The Dark Creator" and "Dark Magician of Chaos". To accomplish this OTK, you need to have a "Darklord Zerato" in the graveyard (and the requeriments to Special Summon a "The Dark Creator" in most cases). The other monsters would be in your hand or in your graveyard. Also, you need a "Monster Reborn". There are many combinations of these cards that work to get this OTK off.

One is if you have "The Dark Creator", "Dark Magician of Chaos" and "Monster Reborn" in your hand. First, you Special Summon "The Dark Creator" and with its effect, Special Summon "Darklord Zerato". Then you discard "Dark Magician of Chaos" for destroy all of your opponent's monsters with "Darklord Zerato". Then revive the "Dark Magician of Chaos" with "Monster Reborn" and return "Monster Reborn" to your Hand. Finally, Special Summon another monster with "Monster Reborn" and attack. A Direct Attack with these monsters is resulting in 2300+2800+2800+X=7900+X, where X is the ATK of the last monster summoned with "Monster Reborn".

Other is if you have "The Dark Creator" and "Monster Reborn" in your hand but "Dark Magician of Chaos" is in your Graveyard. First, you Special Summon "The Dark Creator" and with its effect, Special Summon "Darklord Zerato". Then you discard any DARK monster with "Darklord Zerato". Then revive the "Dark Magician of Chaos" with "Monster Reborn" and return "Monster Reborn" to your Hand. Finally, Special Summon another monster with "Monster Reborn" and attack.

The hardest version is if you have all of the 4 mentioned cards in your graveyard. First, you Normal Summon "Phantom of Chaos" for remove "The Dark Creator" and with the gained effect, Special Summon "Dark Magician of Chaos" for return "Monster Reborn" to your Hand. In this case, you must remove 1 Dark Monster with at least 2400 of ATK (e.g. "Jinzo") and you need also 1 previously Set "Escape from the Dark Dimension", or a "D.D.R. - Different Dimension Reincarnation" in your hand since "Phantom of Chaos" doesn't cause any Battle Damage. Then Special Summon "Darklord Zerato" with "Monster Reborn" and discard any DARK monster. Then active the "Escape from the Dark Dimension" (or the "D.D.R. - Different Dimension Reincarnation") and Special Summon the removed monster with "Phantom of Chaos" when "Dark Magician of Chaos" was Summoned. You can even Special Summon the removed "The Dark Creator" (if it was properly Special Summoned First) and use it's effect with another monster (if you want destroy your opponent's Spell & Trap Cards, this is the moment, not previously. If you Special Summon "The Dark Creator" with "Escape from the Dark Dimension" and after destroy all of your opponent's Spell and Trap Cards, the Special Summoned Monster with the effect of "The Dark Creator" must have at least 2400 of ATK) and attack. The result is 2800+2800+2400=8000 or 2300+2800+2800+X=7900+X, where X is the ATK of the last monster summoned with "The Dark Creator".
