Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand or Deck) by Tributing 1 "Dark Magician" immediately after applying the effect of "Time Wizard" in which you called the coin toss right. When Special Summoned this way: Add 1 Spell Card from your Deck to your hand.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand or your Deck by Tributing 1 "Dark Magician" you control when either player succeeds in the effect of "Time Wizard". While this card is face-up on the field, the controller may activate any Spell Card(s) from their hand or their side of the field during either player's turn. During your Draw Phase, instead of conducting your normal draw, you can add 1 Spell Card from your Deck to your hand.
