Carly Carmen, known as Carly Nanosa in the Japanese version and simply Nanosa in the English Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's Tag Force 5, is a cosplayer, who appears in V Jump. She is a parody of Carly Carmine, who is known as Carly Nagisa in the Japanese version.

In Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's World Championship 2011: Over the Nexus, she appears as a downloadable Ghost Duelist for May 2011.

In the The Third Charisma Duelist Determining Fight Tournament, Carly uses a "Fabled" Deck.^[2]

In Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's Tag Force 5, Carly uses a Deck titled, "Duel Terminal Best!" (決闘端末最高！), which uses LIGHT monsters.
