- This card is the first Machine-Type Xyz Monster, and the first "Wind-Up" Xyz Monster.
- "Zenmaister" is a portmanteau of the Japanese archetype name for "Wind-Ups" (Zenmai) and "Meister", the German word for "master".
- This is the first Wind-Up monster shown in the anime; ironically Lilly (who used this card) doesn't run a Wind-Up Deck.
- This card is an aerial war vehicle, seeing as there are jet wings coming off its shoulders. This mirrors the other "Wind-Up" Xyz monsters Zenmaines and Zenmaighty, who are a land war vehicle and naval war vehicle respectively (excluding the boss monster, Zenmaioh, who can be viewed as the general instead).
