- Before this card's Japanese release, when this card was shown in a V-Jump ad and in The Valuable Book 10, it had a different artwork from its finalized artwork. This was noticed upon the card's release by Japanese players, and in response, Konami apologized in a future issue of V-Jump. This apology can also be viewed on the web.

- This card's two swords are green and purple - the same colors as the borders of Spell and Trap Cards.
- Due to the ambiguity of the Japanese language, its Japanese name could mean "Plate Crusher" or "Plate Crasher."
