- This card depicts a story in combination with other cards. During "Royal Decree", the emperor declares a tax, which is depicted in this card's artwork. Those that cannot pay are arrested, as shown in "Royal Oppression". Some of the "Oppressed People" unite to form an "Exiled Force" and after inspiring the "People Running About" into a "United Resistance", they begin a "Huge Revolution". The tyrant believes himself to be safe in his "Imperial Iron Wall", but the fortress is attacked as shown in "Rock Bombardment" and eventually conquered as shown in "Royal Surrender".
