- This monster is a combination of "Doll Part Blue", "Doll Part Gold", "Doll Part Pink", and "Doll Part Red".
- This card resembles the boss creature Scarlet from one of the bosses in Silent Hill: Homecoming, another Konami property. Interestingly enough, Homecoming was released nearly three years after the Japanese air date for Alice in Despairland, meaning it could have served as an inspiration for the designers.
