- The "Bacterium Empire Series" are the main bosses in Konami's 'Gradius' video games. "Big Core" serves as the standardized design, with every other ship following the same principles: a central power core protected by a set of ablative barriers.
- This card has the same Attribute, Type and Effect as "Cyber Dragon".
- This is the only monster of the "B.E.S." archetype to not have the ability to place counters on it to prevent it from being destroyed by battle and to be destroyed when it battles without one.
- This is also the only monster within that archetype that has yet to be released.
