While using Weapon change to protect a boosted Satallite Cannon's Attack by swapping with its defence before it decreases would technically work, the suggestion of Shield and Sword would not because it is only the original attack and defence that are switched. The bonus would still be applied to the monsters attack and thus be reduced to zero.
