When "Il Blud" is about to be removed from the field, use "Book of Moon" targeting Il Blud to save all Zombie monsters revived by its effect, as when a card is flipped-down, the affiliation and relationship it had to other cards are reset. This combo will also likely negate the effect of the card designating Il Blud in the first place, as most monster removal cards only deal with face-up monsters.

Is this correct? Wouldn't flipping Il Blud face down be treated as removing it from the field, destroying the summoned monsters? --Axgamad 22:48, 26 August 2009 (UTC)

i can use ilblud's effect once per turn.. so does it mean that i need to gemini summon him once per turn every time i want to special summon zombie?? thanksMac Hine 01:57, November 12, 2009 (UTC)Mac Hine

@Axgamad: Flipping Il Blud does not remove it from the field. If the effect required Il Blud to remain Face Up on the field to keep the special summons then Book of Moon would indirectly kill those cards, but it only requires Il Blud to remain on the field. As the advice says, once Il Blud is face down it is no longer tied to the special summons it brought out before going face down - so they will remain regardless of whether Il Blud dies from, say, a monster attack. If Il Blud had a "memory component" like that of "Malevolent Mech - Goku En" then the specials summons would die, but I don't believe Il Blud has this component. Either way, being turned face down, in the case of this monster, is not being removed from the field - as I understand the condition to mean.

@Mac Hine: Once a Gemini Monster has been "activated," so to speak - once it has been summoned again - you do not need to use your normal summon to activate Il Blud, or any other Gemini monster's effect unless specifically stated on the card. After you activate the Gemini effect Il Blud is read as though having the "Special Summon" effect as long as it remains on the field. So after you summon (normal or special) it and then activate it, you may use its effect once per turn as long as it remains on the field.

I believe these answers are correct and current. Please correct/notify/reply to this post if they are not. Cheers. 173.15.75.89 23:47, May 23, 2010 (UTC)Rozonkomo
